Base Salary
$130k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end on claims, appointments, and payments-posting surfaces.
- Write production-ready code with meaningful tests and observability.
- Partner with product, design, and billing operations to solve workflow problems.
- Build reliability and observability into features with dashboards and logging.
- Review code and designs for correctness and performance.
- Help set technical standards and direction as the team scales.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Solid frontend skills for creating clean, maintainable UIs.
- Understanding of API and data-layer fundamentals.
- Sound technical judgment for evaluating feature tradeoffs.
- Good debugging and observability instincts.
- Clear communication skills and an ownership mindset.
