Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make team decisions.
- Lead best-practice development and implementation to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts for aligned and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing and optimizing IT operations workflows within ServiceNow platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, code review processes, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
