Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and distributed computing technologies.
- Troubleshoot and performance-tune data-driven applications and analytics solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Participate in iterative software development cycles and align delivery with organizational goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data analytics integrations.
- Competence in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data-driven applications.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
