Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Implement, test, debug, and maintain image-processing algorithms and software applications.
- Develop imaging and machine-vision features in C++ and Python on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Perform system integration, testing, and verification of imaging and optical subsystems.
- Prototype and evaluate imaging solutions for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prepare design notes, test reports, user documentation, and other technical materials.
- Follow coding standards, version-control practices, and established development processes in an Agile/Scrum team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience, primarily in C/C++.
- 1–3 years of experience with image processing, computer vision, or machine vision, including academic, internship, or industry experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of image-processing concepts such as filtering, segmentation, and feature extraction.
- Experience with C/C++ and working knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-image, or PIL.
- Experience developing or debugging on Windows and preferred exposure to Linux environments.
- Comfort using IDEs and build systems such as Visual Studio, CMake, GCC, or MSVC.
- Preferred exposure to digital microscopy, optics, or scientific and industrial imaging systems.
- Preferred introductory experience with machine-learning techniques for image analysis.
- Preferred familiarity with Embedded Linux or ARM-based systems.
- Preferred experience with Git, Jira, and Agile or Scrum development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
