Base Salary
$237k - $298k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics to identify GPU hotspots and optimization opportunities.
- Adapt the current planner to multiple GPU architectures with different resource characteristics.
- Optimize machine-learning models for latency and GPU memory usage.
- Support Planner engineers as a subject matter expert on CUDA and GPU performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of CUDA as applied to recent GPU microarchitectures, including architectures such as Ampere and Blackwell.
- Experience debugging and optimizing GPU kernels with tools such as Nsight.
- Strong C++ knowledge and experience working in large codebases.
- Comfort developing in Linux environments.
- Experience developing, debugging, and profiling complex multiprocess systems such as robotic systems or game engines.
- GPU kernel development experience is a bonus qualification.
