Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects and business stakeholders on security, performance, development processes, and application governance.
- Design and manage implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Advise and mentor customer, partner, and internal teams on technical and functional delivery at the program level.
- Contribute to program vision and strategies involving the Force.com platform and enabling technologies.
- Guide application and integration development, enterprise architecture standards, solution design, environment management, testing, and Force.com platform education.
- Create application and technical design documents that apply Salesforce best practices and integrate Salesforce with customer infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues, evaluate senior-level business and technical requirements, and drive successful resolution.
- Build internal and external business relationships and contribute to practice growth through strategic initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and resource development.
- Identify opportunities to use Salesforce and integration tools, and participate in end-to-end implementation planning covering project, issue, communication, and change management.
- Maintain trusted-advisor relationships by providing clients with vision and future product roadmap guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including enterprise software implementation and increasing responsibility managing junior technical resources.
- At least 2 years of architect experience in a mid-sized organization with demonstrated leadership.
- At least 2 years of external consulting experience, including 3+ years of CRM consulting and hands-on experience with CRM products such as Salesforce, Siebel, Oracle, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite.
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
- Application development experience with JavaScript, XML, HTTP, Java, C++, ASP, and SQL.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated people leadership, client relationship development, teamwork with matrixed and offshore teams, communication, presentation, innovation, problem-solving, and strategic roadmap skills.
