Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM Leads on deals and lead technical discovery.
- Run POCs and own the solution design from initial contact to closing.
- Build working prototypes and reference integrations in customer contexts.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor during customer onboarding.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Answer deep technical questions live regarding deployment and architecture.
- Build and maintain a library of integration examples and technical collateral.
- Identify expansion opportunities based on customer projects.
- Contribute to shaping the technical sales process as an early hire.
- Work closely with GTM leadership to redefine modern sales processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong hands-on coding ability, preferably in Python.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML APIs and their tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to run technical POCs end-to-end.
- Effective communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions.
- High level of empathy and integrity in customer interactions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical domain.
