Base Salary
$146k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end customer solutions balancing reliability, security, performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and senior leaders, guiding technology strategy and business outcomes.
- Lead technical deep-dives, explain design trade-offs, identify risks, and engage appropriate expert resources.
- Create sample code, presentations, white papers, workshops, reusable patterns, and reference architectures.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, professional services, support, product, and other internal teams to accelerate adoption and communicate customer requirements.
- Mentor fellow architects and contribute to technical thought leadership and team development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- At least 10 years of IT development or implementation and consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure requirements.
- Preferred: experience with end-user or developer communities and managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
- Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, Cloud ERP Private, SAP clean core design, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and data and analytics.
