
Salesforce Success Architect (Salesforce Exp is mandatory)/AMER Shifts
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Assess strategic customers’ Service Cloud implementations and recommend improvements in architecture, solution design, lifecycle management, reliability, and feature adoption.
- Serve as a Service Cloud subject matter expert and provide proactive and reactive technical guidance, thought leadership, and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive audiences.
- Identify capability gaps and design inefficiencies and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions.
- Tailor Success Architect playbooks to address Service Cloud customer challenges.
- Design and optimize data models, integrations, scalable architectures, security configurations, and Salesforce customizations.
- Collaborate with customers, support engineers, customer success managers, and product teams to resolve issues and drive long-term solutions.
- Work AMER EST or AMER PST shifts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, systems, or enterprise architecture.
- Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, technical governance, and best practices, with mandatory Salesforce experience.
- Experience with large-scale complex implementations involving SaaS, PaaS multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, process orchestration, master data management, AI, analytics, and security best practices.
- Ability to assess business objectives, propose solution options, align stakeholders, lead discussions, and influence decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and high proficiency in English.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and the ability to configure and optimize its features.
- Experience with data models, relationships, validation rules, data governance, data import/export, deduplication, ETL tools, and external-system integrations.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures and resolving inefficient SOQL queries, improper bulk processing, excessive DML operations, and sharing or security model issues.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, custom triggers, controllers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures, including OAuth, Platform Events, External Objects, Salesforce Connect, and Event Relay.
- Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and Service Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred qualifications include industry- or vertical-specific solution experience, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Certified Architect credentials such as Application Architect or System Architect.
