Software Engineering MTS (DevOps Engineer)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Support Salesforce developers using Hyperforce services and help customers onboard their services onto the Hyperforce platform.
- Diagnose and debug deployment issues and collaborate with engineering teams to reach resolutions.
- Develop and deliver training content and contribute to technical documentation.
- Design, develop, and maintain support automation using Slack, Python, and Hyperforce automation platforms.
- Collect Slack metrics and generate executive dashboards for analytics.
- Use AI tools to troubleshoot customer issues and improve engineering productivity.
- Contribute to customer-facing solutions and continuously improve support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Customer success acumen and strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand customer issues, learn quickly, and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Spinnaker, Spinnaker APIs, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, or Terraform.
- Experience with public cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, JSON, Git, AWS CLI, and Tableau.
- Experience with Claude, Cursor, Slackbot, or other AI tools.
- Light coding experience in Python or Apex is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau reporting, scripting, OS package management, Vault, Helm Charts, security patterns, third-party vulnerabilities, and software configuration management is preferred.
- Public cloud or infrastructure certifications such as AWS, Terraform, or CKA are preferred.
