Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce developers using Hyperforce services and help onboard their services onto the platform.
- Diagnose and debug customer deployment issues and collaborate with engineering teams on resolutions.
- Develop training content and contribute to customer-facing documentation.
- Design, develop, and maintain support automation using Slack, Python, and generative AI.
- Maintain automation platforms in Hyperforce and collect Slack metrics for executive analytics dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Customer success orientation with strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Spinnaker, Spinnaker APIs, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, or Terraform.
- Experience with public clouds including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, JSON, Git, AWS CLI, Tableau, Claude, Cursor, Slackbot, or other AI tools.
- Preferred: Python or Apex coding, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau reporting, scripting, OS package management, Vault, Helm Charts, security practices, monitoring dashboards, and AWS, Terraform, or CKA certifications.
