Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry and Kubernetes.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept showcasing Dash0's capabilities.
- Deliver technical demos and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide architecture guidance on observability setup and telemetry data modeling.
- Create and maintain demo environments and POC templates.
- Contribute to technical content for community engagement.
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry data ingestion and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
- Proven ability to create technical demos and POCs that demonstrate business value.
- Excellent technical communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset to work across teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
