Responsibilities
- Provide development solutions and technical implementation expertise in a D365 FO environment.
- Lead technical workstreams such as integration, data conversion, or extension development across ERP implementations.
- Analyze business requirements and help reduce development effort through process mapping, modeling, and documentation.
- Review technical architecture deliverables and validate designs with stakeholders for quality, traceability, and requirements alignment.
- Own the technical aspects of project environments through system handover.
- Ensure development guidelines, quality management plans, standards, and security practices are applied throughout engagements.
- Identify and communicate cross-area and cross-release issues affecting project teams.
- Evaluate Microsoft preview releases, including Dual Write and RSAT.
- Contribute to Hitachi intellectual property and packaged services initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of ERP technical implementation and integration experience with D365 FO, AX 2009, or AX 2012 using X++.
- Experience with at least 3 large-scale ERP implementations, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience leading a technical workstream such as integration, data conversion, or extension development.
- Good understanding of D365 capabilities including Financials, Project Management and Accounting, and Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of end-to-end D365 FO implementation, interfacing, and integration.
- Good understanding of LCS and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Logic Apps.
