Base Salary
$80k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations of new software capabilities.
- Research and analyze customer requests, industry standards, and specifications to define product requirements.
- Collaborate with software developers to build robust, high-quality software.
- Provide best practices, user documentation, and technical assistance for the product.
- Deliver results within time and resource constraints in an agile software development lifecycle.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify product needs and work with product management and software development teams to build impactful products.
- Develop, execute, and interpret automated, functional, regression, and performance tests.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position with similar responsibilities.
- Professional experience supporting commercial software development.
- Professional experience developing, executing, and interpreting automated, functional, regression, and performance tests.
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, geography, computer science, or a STEM-related field.
- Enthusiasm for improving software capabilities for end users in real-world applications.
- Preferred: experience with monitoring tools in real-world scenarios.
- Preferred: experience using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Enterprise, and/or ArcGIS Online.
- Preferred: experience with ArcGIS Aviation, aeronautical charting, airports, or related products and areas.
- Preferred: experience with complex enterprise systems.
- Preferred: master's degree in GIS, geography, computer science, or a STEM-related field.
