Base Salary
$156k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within your team to build new features for enterprise customers.
- Contribute to platform scaling initiatives.
- Meet regularly with Product and Design to refine requirements.
- Attend agile ceremonies to plan and execute work.
- Work across squads to improve engineering practices.
- Review implementation plans and pull requests from peers.
- Mentor and coach other team members.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in front-end web development using React and TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining Node.js services interfacing with distributed APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architectures and microservices.
- Proven ability to own features end-to-end, from design to maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
- Adaptability to new technologies and changing priorities.
- Experience using AI coding assistants as productivity tools.
- Availability for participation in an on-call rotation.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
