Responsibilities
- Engage customer technical decision makers and influencers while supporting sales strategy and serving as a trusted security and technology advisor.
- Lead complex technical wins, customer success plans, solution designs, architecture sessions, demonstrations, pilots, hackathons, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build competitive knowledge, document competitive patterns, and provide market, customer, and escalation feedback to business, product, and engineering teams.
- Develop partner relationships, scale wins through the Microsoft ecosystem, and support partner technical capacity and subsidiary strategy.
- Coach technical sellers and account teams, establish engagement and handoff strategies, and mentor internal technical communities.
- Adapt architecture patterns for complex customer requirements and deliver reusable solution assets.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or bachelor's degree in one of those fields plus 6+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures; architecture designs; migrations; industry standards; and/or technology management.
- Relevant technology or discipline certifications, such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, cloud platform technologies, information security, or architecture certifications.
Benefits
- The typical base pay range is €69,000.00–€119,200.00 per year in France.
