Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems independently from end to end.
- Build multi-step, AI-driven workflows and integrate LLM research into production systems.
- Train and evaluate models and drive experimentation and evaluation for AI-powered features.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product and AI engineers, and customers to understand needs and ship solutions.
- Design and work with data storage, queuing, and streaming systems.
- Maintain strong operational reliability with minimal downtime or customer impact.
- Deliver features in a fast-paced environment with weekly deliverables and minimal direction.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong backend engineering and systems design capabilities, including scalable implementation and clean coding.
- Understanding of Amazon Aurora, DynamoDB, Snowflake, S3, SQS, Kafka, and Spark.
- Experience or familiarity with Python, AWS, Flask, Next.js, Vercel, and Figma.
- Understanding of LLM models and/or deep understanding of services across multiple clouds is a plus.
- 2+ years of work experience is a plus.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
