Responsibilities
- Define the solution architecture scope and translate business and functional requirements into solution designs.
- Define system landscapes, interfaces, integrations, and data flows for Veeva Vault QMS solutions.
- Assess technical feasibility, risks, dependencies, security, performance, reliability, and data integrity requirements.
- Ensure architectural alignment with GxP, data integrity, IT governance, existing interfaces, and platform standards.
- Provide technical decision support for implementation and configuration and advise change boards on technical impacts.
- Support effort estimation, RFPs, project outcomes, and coordination in an offshore delivery model.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Veeva Vault and related systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience is required, with 7–10 years of experience expected in Veeva Vault QMS.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS features, modules, architecture, development, and configuration.
- Experience with Veeva Vault SDK, Java, and Veeva Vault integrations.
- Experience architecting and developing inbound and outbound interfaces with external systems.
- Strong development experience with Quality Management Systems such as Veeva Vault QMS or TrackWise.
- Understanding of the agile development project lifecycle.
- Veeva Vault certification is required.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, workload-management, troubleshooting, and quality-orientation skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
