Responsibilities
- Deliver backend services and some frontend work with high availability, low latency, and autoscaling.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers and translate product and business goals into technical design documents.
- Design, develop, deploy, and operate services for start-up and enterprise clients.
- Maintain and improve Angular and React.js/JavaScript integration services and build new microservices when needed.
- Create, maintain, and improve CRM-related frontend code.
- Develop or leverage agentic AI workflows and integrate third-party APIs.
Requirements
- South Korean citizenship or current residence in South Korea with a valid work visa is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
- At least 4 years of software development experience, preferably across backend and frontend development.
- Hands-on experience developing or leveraging agentic AI workflows.
- Node.js and JavaScript experience is preferred, though candidates may learn JavaScript on the job.
- Knowledge of Ruby, Java, Go, or Python is a plus, with comfort working in Ruby on Rails code when needed.
- Hands-on third-party API integration experience; Salesforce and Zendesk knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with MySQL or similar databases and Redis or similar caching architectures.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and software development best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
