Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing SaaS applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, best practices, and technology choices.
- Oversee complex projects from concept through production delivery.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Set technical direction, make high-stakes decisions, and drive product delivery.
- Lead AI-driven solution design using generative AI and agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable business value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Go Programming Language.
- Experience with multiple programming languages, including .NET-related development.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and engineering best practices.
- Deep knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems and data architecture.
- Understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and establish technical direction.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale projects and demonstrating architectural design skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of experience is required in the project requirements; the detailed qualifications state a minimum of five years in software development or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
