Responsibilities
- Support customer application deployment on Qualcomm Dragonwing platforms, including computer vision and vision-language model applications.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales solution engineering support, translating business needs into technical solutions and guiding implementation and optimization.
- Perform end-to-end debugging, log analysis, issue investigation, and resolution across chipsets, BSPs, and user applications.
- Lead customer engagements from discovery through proof of concept, pilot, early production, and commercial launch.
- Support customer architecture reviews, technical roadmap discussions, solution selection, and deployment guidance.
- Collaborate with OEMs, ISVs, system integrators, cloud providers, and internal teams to validate end-to-end solutions.
- Provide internal training, documentation, and hands-on technical enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
- Experience with embedded systems and one or more of Linux, Yocto, or Ubuntu-based systems.
- At least 1 year of academic and/or work experience with device debugging techniques.
- Background in computer vision, video analytics, or edge AI inference.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
- Experience with customer-facing IoT or edge AI solutions, preferably from proof of concept through pilot or production.
- Experience with embedded Linux, application packaging or containers, multimedia frameworks, image or video processing, and distributed or client-server systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and runtimes such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX, along with model deployment, compression, quantization, and optimization, is preferred.
- Familiarity with wireless standards including NB-IoT, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPS is preferred.
