Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning and deep learning models.
- Deploy and maintain scalable AI production environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring and alerting for model performance, data drift, and availability.
- Standardize and automate data preprocessing, training, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to ensure the quality and robustness of deployed models.
- Apply security, GDPR compliance, data governance, DataOps, and responsible ML practices.
- Advise clients on technology choices, benchmark solutions, and deliver proofs of concept.
- Contribute to technical pre-sales responses and client presentations for MLOps topics.
- Provide technical leadership to junior profiles and share knowledge through internal projects and training.
Requirements
- Bac +5 degree in computer science, data science, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 years of experience in Data/AI, including at least 3 years in MLOps.
- Proven experience deploying and industrializing large-scale machine learning models in cloud environments, with attention to performance, scalability, and cost.
- Technical leadership skills for mentoring junior profiles and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, technical explanation, organization, initiative, and technology-monitoring skills.
- Experience with at least one of AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Experience with Python, Spark, Bash, Git, GitLab CI or Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, or Weights & Biases.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or model-monitoring tools such as EvidentlyAI, Fiddler, or Arize AI.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and Delta Lake, plus operational data science and machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Sensitivity to ethics, explainability, sustainability, GDPR, data governance, and responsible AI.
