Base Salary
$110k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments from scoping through delivery and optimization.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, unblock work, and ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured data models, workflows, and agentic AI systems.
- Build and extend the agentic AI platform in collaboration with engineering.
- Join sales calls and identify customer expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, or internal operations.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using AI tools and LLM APIs.
- Strong background in data analytics, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, system integrations, or internal tooling.
- Strong analytical, communication, business intuition, and executive- and operator-facing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with a scrappy, action-oriented bias toward shipping.
- Exposure to private equity, roll-ups, or M&A is a plus.
- US citizenship is required.
