Responsibilities

Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate business challenges into practical solutions.
Design and implement AI-enabled tools, agents, copilots, workflow automations, and enterprise AI capabilities.
Take AI initiatives from concept through adoption, ongoing improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
Establish practical AI frameworks, standards, guardrails, governance models, and responsible adoption practices.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
Evaluate opportunities by balancing innovation, risk, governance, and business value.
Enable and coach colleagues and teams to adopt AI effectively and responsibly.

Proven experience identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.
Experience translating business challenges into AI, automation, or technology solutions from concept through adoption and improvement.
Practical experience with large language models, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
Ability to influence decisions and build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, risk, and responsible AI principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Solution Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, Technology Consulting, Business Transformation, or a related discipline is desirable.
Experience implementing AI solutions in regulated, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments is desirable.
Familiarity with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies is desirable.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise architecture concepts is desirable.
Experience establishing AI frameworks, standards, governance models, or adoption programs is desirable.
Experience coaching or enabling teams to adopt new technologies and ways of working is desirable.
