Base Salary
$117k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct secure design reviews and threat modeling to identify threats and define prioritized mitigations and security requirements.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design and implement security controls across distributed systems, cloud services, and platforms.
- Integrate shift-left security practices throughout the development lifecycle from design through production.
- Triage and drive remediation of findings from penetration tests, red team exercises, and bug bounty programs.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in application, product, security engineering, or a related technical security role.
- Understand evolving security risks affecting machine learning products, agent-based systems, AI models, and AI pipelines.
- Demonstrate an adversarial mindset and the ability to develop threat models and reduce security risk with engineering teams.
- Have experience securing multi-cloud platforms and multi-tenant SaaS systems, including Kubernetes- and Docker-based environments.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on AI/ML and GenAI security exploitation, offensive security program experience, external presentations, or open-source security project and tool development.
