Responsibilities

Build custom capabilities on the Salesforce platform using Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Develop Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API along with middleware solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and scale code while accounting for Salesforce governor limits.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts and architects.
Set up and use Bitbucket and Gearset for CI/CD pipeline management.
Use Salesforce CLI and approved integrated development environments for development.
Drive solutions to completion while collaborating with onsite, remote, and diverse teams.

At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
Deep expertise building custom Salesforce capabilities and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
Strong experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce API development, integrations, and middleware.
Experience with Salesforce CLI and approved IDEs such as Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and develop scalable, secure code.
Experience setting up and using Bitbucket and Gearset for CI/CD pipeline management.
Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and related tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively with diverse onsite and remote teams.
