Responsibilities

  • Build custom capabilities on the Salesforce platform using Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
  • Develop Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API along with middleware solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and scale code while accounting for Salesforce governor limits.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts and architects.
  • Set up and use Bitbucket and Gearset for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Use Salesforce CLI and approved integrated development environments for development.
  • Drive solutions to completion while collaborating with onsite, remote, and diverse teams.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Deep expertise building custom Salesforce capabilities and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Strong experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce API development, integrations, and middleware.
  • Experience with Salesforce CLI and approved IDEs such as Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and develop scalable, secure code.
  • Experience setting up and using Bitbucket and Gearset for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Experience using AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and related tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse onsite and remote teams.
