Responsibilities
- Architect complex technical product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients and translate needs into solution designs.
- Mentor junior technical sales engineers and provide advanced troubleshooting for customer implementations.
- Develop product integration roadmaps with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers.
- Create proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects.
- Analyze customer technical environments and recommend configurations for product delivery platforms.
- Synthesize technical requirements into solution proposals aligned with business objectives and constraints.
- Implement advanced technical solutions and provide expertise on platforms and product delivery architectures.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Work regular, consistent, and punctual schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to architect AI-powered technical product solutions and integration roadmaps.
- Expertise leading technical discovery sessions and designing solution architectures for enterprise clients.
- Experience providing technical implementation support, troubleshooting, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Strong business, functional, customer-facing, and technical delivery skills.
- Comcast may consider equivalent combinations of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.

- The New York base pay range is $126,050.05–$189,075.08, with additional bonus or commission eligibility depending on position classification.
