Responsibilities
- Analyze client and functional consultant requirements and propose SAP HCM solutions.
- Design, develop, document, test, and deliver high-quality SAP HCM/ECP solutions.
- Participate in SAP HCM implementation activities including design, estimation, development, documentation, and testing.
- Develop SAP ABAP HR payroll applications, interfaces, forms, and enhancement implementations.
- Collaborate with experts, architects, project managers, customers, and multinational delivery teams.
- Drive improvements and innovation in development processes, methodologies, and technology.
Requirements
- Any graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP HR developer with good HCM module exposure.
- Experience with ABAP 7.40 or higher, SAP HCM payroll processing, and payroll application development.
- Experience implementing interfaces using OData, IDocs, RFCs, and related technologies, plus form development.
- Expertise in SAP enhancement implementation options.
- Knowledge of integration techniques such as PTP and BIB.
- Exposure to Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Control Center, and SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
- Exposure to HANA coding using CDS and AMDP is advantageous.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements, generate creative ideas, communicate effectively, work collaboratively, multitask, and work under pressure.
