Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and modify software applications for client deployment.
- Study system flows, data usage, work processes, and problem areas to identify feasible software solutions.
- Write and optimize code, fix errors, improve performance, upgrade interfaces, and ensure software quality.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases and automate software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend improvements to system performance and availability.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, on-time delivery, customer experience, and MIS reporting.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and provide feedback on usability and serviceability.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming and software development skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory Cloud App Dev Consulting skills.
- Experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design feasible solutions, write code, and perform software validation.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and functional teams.
- Strong documentation, reporting, customer communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, follow software quality practices, and complete relevant certifications.
