Responsibilities
- Lead the development and activation of robust, scalable, secure partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud and AI priorities.
- Run technical innovation workshops, technology briefings, architecture reviews, and envisioning sessions with partners.
- Provide architectural guidance, resolve technical blockers, and support transformational deals and workload consumption.
- Guide architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds using Microsoft Cloud and AI best practices.
- Own partner technical strategy plans and build long-term relationships with technical leaders and executives.
- Coach partner technical teams on pre-sales, deployment, consumption, security, governance, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Experience with cloud architecture, solution design, partner enablement, and large-scale or global engagements.
- 4+ years of experience developing technology IP solutions or services and understanding digital transformation drivers, cloud platforms, generative AI, and SaaS.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft's cloud offerings, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365, as well as security, governance, data access, incident response, and SOC architecture.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes customer-facing intelligent application solutions, proofs-of-concept, MVPs, and production deployments.
- Technical cloud certification and expertise in application development, AI solutions, machine learning, LLMs, responsible and secure AI, MCP, Microsoft Foundry, agentic AI, agent development, and AI evaluations are preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS and GCP, plus Spanish-speaking ability, is preferred.
