Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize demand forecasting models optimized for various business goals.
- Innovate and improve machine learning models for price elasticity and revenue optimization.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines for large-scale production usage.
- Identify and resolve data issues such as bias and labeling inconsistencies.
- Design and analyze experiments to validate pricing strategies.
- Deploy and monitor models in production for reliability and data quality.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to create scalable ML solutions.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant STEM field or MS with equivalent publications and at least 1+ years of experience.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Foundational experience in machine learning modeling and statistics.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, optimization, and decision-making algorithms.
- Solid understanding of causal inference and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline development and AWS.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Comfortable with academic literature and mathematical notation.
