Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, ITAM, SAM, HAM, CMDB, workflows, automation, integrations, and custom applications.
- Support asset and inventory management, asset lifecycle management, CMDB data and relationships, discovery, and data integrations.
- Design, develop, test, and support integrations with internal applications, external systems, and third-party platforms.
- Provide technical solution design and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, development standards, security requirements, performance standards, and governance practices.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, releases, enhancements, and platform maintenance.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, communication, and ongoing requirements management with stakeholders.
- Participate in root-cause analysis, issue resolution, project impact and risk assessment, and solution delivery activities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to two junior developers.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert and help drive ServiceNow platform maturity, scalability, and adoption.
Requirements
- Typically 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience and a solid understanding of core ITSM practices.
- Demonstrated ServiceNow ITAM experience, including SAM, HAM, asset lifecycle management, and inventory management.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and related platform components.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow application architecture, development standards, security, performance, and platform governance.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, releases, enhancements, and platform maintenance.
- Strong practical understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, including configuration items, relationships, data quality, reconciliation, and integrations.
- Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, methodologies, Microsoft business technologies and applications, relational databases, and SharePoint.
- In-depth verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle non-routine situations, analyze complex information technology issues, and build relationships with stakeholders.
