Responsibilities

  • Architect and design end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, ML pipelines, distributed training, and serving architectures.
  • Provide deep technical support for go-to-market, pre-sales, post-sales activities, technical deep dives, PoCs, bake-offs, and hackathons.
  • Engage executives, data scientists, developers, DevOps teams, and IT leaders to communicate Red Hat AI’s technical and business value.
  • Implement AI systems design and MLOps practices to move customer projects from experimentation into production.
  • Advocate for Red Hat AI products and relay customer and market feedback to Red Hat business and engineering teams.
  • Lead conference presentations, technical blog posts, workshops, and volunteer technology-community activities.
  • Enable partners and internal teams on modern AI and ML architectural patterns across the region.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning use-case development and MLOps in enterprise environments.
  • Strong foundational and applied knowledge of deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying generative AI architectures involving LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies.
  • Proficiency in Python and the end-to-end data science lifecycle.
  • Ability to architect and explain complex data and ML pipelines, distributed training, and high-scale inference to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for executive business-value sessions and technical workshops.
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI.
  • Familiarity with the Granite model family and InstructLab methodology.
  • Deep understanding of vLLM inference optimization and model-serving frameworks including KServe and ModelMesh.
  • Practical experience with RAG, agentic workflows, and vector databases.
  • Experience with Ansible and automation solutions for MLOps and LLMOps workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Jupyter ecosystem.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred.
