Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, ML pipelines, distributed training, and model-serving architectures.
- Provide deep technical support for go-to-market, pre-sales, post-sales, technical deep dives, proofs of concept, bake-offs, and hackathons.
- Explain Red Hat AI’s value proposition to executives, data scientists, developers, IT leaders, and DevOps teams.
- Operationalize AI systems by applying MLOps best practices and moving projects from experimentation into production.
- Advocate for Red Hat AI products and provide market feedback to the AI Business Unit and Engineering teams.
- Lead customer and partner enablement through workshops, technical content, conference speaking, and community outreach.
- Influence AI opportunity pipelines, technical validation, enterprise adoption, ecosystem scaling, and product direction.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on machine learning use-case development and MLOps experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs, and their practical trade-offs.
- Experience designing and deploying generative AI architectures involving LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Proficiency in Python and the end-to-end data science lifecycle.
- Ability to architect and explain complex data and ML pipelines, distributed training, and high-scale inference to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI.
- Familiarity with the Granite model family and InstructLab methodology.
- Deep understanding of vLLM, KServe, and ModelMesh for inference optimization and model serving.
- Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agentic workflows, and vector databases.
- Experience with Ansible and CI/CD solutions for MLOps and LLMOps automation.
- Advanced knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Jupyter ecosystem.
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive business-value sessions and technical workshops.
- English fluency is required; Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
