Base Salary
$79k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate the enterprise pro-code AI Agent Platform on Azure, including Microsoft Foundry integrations.
- Automate highly available, scalable, and reproducible Azure infrastructure with Terraform.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for platform components and configurations.
- Implement identity, RBAC, policy guardrails, security controls, and compliance practices.
- Operationalize Microsoft Foundry and related AI/ML services and create development runbooks.
- Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and telemetry for agent and platform reliability.
- Help manage global environments and self-service tenants and support platform adoption.
- Perform complex data analysis and incident triage.
- Occasionally travel to Pfizer sites and service partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree with more than 0+ years of experience; or an associate’s degree with 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience using CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with telemetry and observability, including generating, collecting, and exporting metrics, logs, and traces.
- Ability to perform complex data analysis and incident triage.
- Superior problem-solving and communication skills.
