Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM solutions.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.
- Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance analytics for portfolio visibility.
- Develop and maintain third-party integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of total professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
