Responsibilities
- Design and implement reusable, modular components for existing applications and services.
- Decompose large problems into smaller components and develop clear solutions.
- Build highly efficient solutions for processing large datasets.
- Write testable, maintainable, and robust software.
- Use analytics to measure performance and monitor availability.
- Write public-facing API and SDK documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build integrated solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with C# and current experience with .NET 8.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies and cloud service development.
- Experience building and consuming HTTP and other APIs.
- Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming patterns.
- Experience with container-based solutions such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of build automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort working in Linux and Windows environments.
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: experience with CAD, 3D and 2D geometry.
- Preferred: experience with Windows-centric desktop development.
- Preferred: experience contributing to community-driven libraries or SDKs.
- Preferred: experience with Agile software development practices.
