Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and operate Java services for the merchandising platform.
- Collaborate with internal partners to design scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor within an agile squad.
- Work with other squads and stakeholders to solve complex problems and scale automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with Java.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience building complex backend services.
- Experience designing and scaling cloud-native software components on GCP or AWS.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop APIs and systems.
- Experience with distributed, high-volume services in production.
- Growth mindset and passion for achieving team goals.
