Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery conversations and manage customer software integrations end-to-end.
- Configure, test, and maintain software tools and integrations connecting Flock technology with customer applications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving REST APIs and networking configurations.
- Create clear technical documentation and troubleshooting resources for customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to provide implementation insights.
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience using languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Practical proficiency with SQL, REST API structures, and common data formats like JSON and XML.
- Working knowledge of core networking concepts including VPNs and firewalls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical requirements.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% for customer deployments.
