Base Salary
$131k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET.
- Partner with engineers and architects to design and implement Azure cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain event-driven architecture, ideally including Kafka integrations.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple technical solutions and deliver features through production.
- Lead and coach team members, conduct code reviews, pair with developers, and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Support production applications through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience plus typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 8+ years building and shipping production software applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of event-driven architecture, ideally including Kafka.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day development.
- Ability to take features from ambiguous requirements to production with limited direction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and consistently follow through on commitments.
- Preferred: healthcare applications, EHR integrations, RPA technology, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, healthcare data exchange, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and open-source or developer-community contributions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
