Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own customer deployments end-to-end, including scoping, business logic translation, data ingestion, pipeline delivery, and ongoing optimization.
- Build and extend the agentic AI platform in collaboration with the core software engineering team.
- Translate complex, real-world business requirements into autonomous software solutions.
- Join sales calls and identify customer expansion opportunities.
- Solve analytical challenges requiring technical depth, autonomy, and business judgment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, data engineering, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
- Experience building and deploying data pipelines, migration pipelines, or data integration systems end-to-end.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain, including personal projects.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen, with comfort engaging operators and finance leaders.
- Exposure to private equity, roll-ups, M&A, or holding company operations is preferred.
- US citizenship is required.
