Base Salary
$140k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and solution objectives.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable customized enterprise software and AI-driven solutions.
- Build integrations across enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Develop proof of concepts, prototypes, and production-ready applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer environments.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Support client onboarding, adoption, and solution deployment activities.
- Mentor customers and internal teams on product capabilities and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong programming experience with Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience building and deploying enterprise applications and delivering enterprise-scale client solutions.
- Expertise with REST APIs, microservices, system integration, SQL, and databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and software delivery pipelines.
- Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, data engineering platforms, or MLOps.
- Preferred experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Insurance.
- Nice-to-have experience with Fortune 500 clients, GenAI frameworks, cloud certifications, presentations, and solution architecture.
