Responsibilities
- Develop, code, unit test, and troubleshoot software applications based on design documents and project guidelines.
- Perform application build, deployment, configuration management, provisioning, workflow, issue tracking, and testing automation activities.
- Validate development, test, QA, staging, and other pre-production environments.
- Analyze requirements and use cases, evaluate alternative solutions, and provide impact analysis.
- Meet delivery responsibilities and service level agreements while following established processes.
- Recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
- Train and mentor less experienced team members.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in Python, Java, cloud ecosystems including AWS and Azure, machine learning, Data & AI, and ServiceNow or related ITSM tools.
