Principal Full Stack Developer - Senior Manager
State StreetResponsibilities
- Design and enhance FX settlement, confirmation, and clearing products.
- Build next-generation web applications and highly utilized customer-facing features and services.
- Develop REST APIs using NodeJS and Java.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and other developers.
- Identify and implement coding, design, and modern web development best practices.
- Transform business ideas into visually rich and interactive software experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- At least 4 years of experience with web development technologies, JavaScript, and JavaScript UI frameworks such as ReactJS.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, JSX, Sass/SCSS, and Styled-components.
- At least 4 years of experience building REST APIs with NodeJS and Java.
- Practical knowledge of webpack, Storybook, NPM, Babel, Gulp, and yar.
- Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and NodeJS.
- Strong visual web design skills and a customer-focused approach to software development.
- Preferred experience with NoSQL databases, ElectronJS, Finsemble, OpenFin, Docker, Kubernetes, and RxJS.
