Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting crypto trading and settlement.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product and client teams on solutions supporting the full trade lifecycle.
- Contribute across design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Support a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- At least three years of software engineering experience with Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with complex backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Interest in financial technology; crypto or traditional markets experience is a plus.
- Local to the London headquarters.
