Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of digital banking products from ideation and architectural design through release and maintenance.
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and backward-compatible frontend features and UI components.
- Improve system architecture and integrate components smoothly across APIs and complex data flows.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and serve as a technical resource for the squad.
- Use AI tooling across software development and testing.
- Identify tooling gaps, reduce technical debt, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and UX designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional experience building complex, high-traffic products.
- Strong Angular and TypeScript skills, with proficiency in RxJS and modern build systems.
- Experience with Webpack and Jenkins.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and complex service data flows.
- Excellent spoken and written English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Frontend experience is required; exposure to Java, Spring JPA/Hibernate, Maven, microservices, Netflix OSS, and cloud technologies is welcome.
- Experience with Vue.js is a plus.
- Fintech or banking experience is considered an advantage.
