Responsibilities

Perform root-cause analysis of complex problems involving distributed cloud-based systems.
Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to resolve customer-facing incidents.
Collaborate with the release management team to plan and coordinate software releases.
Work closely with onsite teams and clients to ensure seamless system performance.
Assist other teams with platform services as needed.

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a technical lead.
At least 4 years of experience in Java application development.
Strong systems background with knowledge of Core Java, JVM internals, and memory management.
Familiarity with APM tools like App Dynamic, Data Dog, or Dynatrace.
Experience with Jenkins-based CI/CD processes for release management.
Good to have experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Good to have experience in an e-Commerce retail environment.
Ability to work in 1st and 2nd shifts.
Strong analytical skills and interpersonal communication.
