Base Salary
$68k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Rocket Automation solutions for claims processing workflows.
- Translate approved functional requirements and processing rules into scalable technical automation logic.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, validation, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Support deployments, release readiness, implementation, post-production monitoring, and ongoing production support.
- Monitor automation performance and system health while identifying optimization opportunities.
- Ensure automation solutions follow enterprise technical standards, coding practices, and control requirements.
- Partner with governance, business, supervisors, and operations teams to assess feasibility and align solutions with execution needs.
Requirements
- Experience with RPA, automation platforms, or workflow technologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with testing, debugging, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with healthcare claims processing or adjudication workflows.
- Preferred experience with large-scale batch processing or high-volume transaction environments.
- Preferred familiarity with Rocket/AutoiQ or similar enterprise automation platforms.
- Preferred experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
