Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex configurations for talent acquisition and onboarding applications.
- Perform advanced programming, integration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Provide technical application support and business consultation for complex user requests and incidents.
- Communicate with users and partner with developers, product managers, business partners, and vendors.
- Lead prioritization of incident tickets and user requests.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects five or more years.
- Preferred certification or experience with SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding modules.
- Preferred experience with SmartRecruiters, Paradox, LinkedIn, HireRight, or other talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding technologies.
Benefits
- Expected base salary of $120,000-$140,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary incentive award.
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
- This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization and requires indefinite US work authorization without future sponsorship, transfer, or immigration support.
