Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather customer and partner feedback, identify product and knowledge gaps, and help automate complex solutions.
- Conduct customer-environment health checks and provide guidance on Microsoft platform deployments, updates, releases, configurations, and feature reviews.
- Serve as a connection point between customers, field teams, support organizations, and product engineering teams throughout issue resolution.
- Handle escalations, conduct root-cause analysis, communicate progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Represent the voice of the customer to product and business groups and identify scenario gaps and product limitations.
- Partner with program managers, software engineers, product teams, and customer service support teams to unblock incidents and improve troubleshooting resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in technology, cloud, technical support, or customer experience engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with polygraph is required.
- Ability to pass Microsoft, customer, and government security screenings, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required for the supported government customers and applicable legal restrictions.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technology, cloud, technical support, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
