Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build real-time trajectory generation and decision-making for autonomous flight.
- Design collision avoidance and large-scale multi-agent planning.
- Optimize across safety, energy, time, and reliability.
- Plan in uncertain environments with complex dynamics.
- Extend the autonomy stack for new aircraft and payloads.
- Validate safety metrics using real fleet data.
- Continuously reduce cost and latency while improving reliability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in safety-critical systems.
- Proficient in Rust/C++/C for real-time, fault-tolerant code.
- Depth in planning, trajectory optimization, or multi-agent deconfliction.
- Experience with simulation at scale and metrics-driven validation.
- Evidence of shipping production-grade autonomy in challenging conditions.
- Strong collaboration skills with a systems thinking approach.
